摘要
运用气固两相流动的相似理论,对电厂实际煤粉空气两相流动进行了模化,就竖直向上转水平弯曲圆管内气固两相流动作了试验分析和理论探讨,分别就不同弯曲半径、不同煤粉进口浓度和不同隔板长度下浓淡分离程度以及弯曲圆管后水平段内煤粉颗粒的恢复特性进行了试验研究,并从弯管浓淡分离效果角度对CE-WR燃烧器进行稳燃理论分析,得出了一些有意义的结果,可为电厂实际运行工况的组织与调整提供依据。
hegas-solid two-phase flow in a pipe that is vertically upward but horizontally bent asa modelling of the actual case in a power plant is analyzed experimentally and theoreticallybased on the theory of similarity for the gas-solid multiphase flow. For different bend ra-dius,different inlet coal concentrations and different lengths of the partition board,the de-gree of bias and the recovery characteristics of the horizontal section behind the bend havebeen investigated.The flame stability of the CE-WR burner is also analyzed and some mean-ingful resuIts have been obtained.
