An Experimental Investigation on Radiative Heat Transfer between Immersed Horizontal Tube and Bed in a High Temperature Fluidized Bed

摘要 研制了一种测量高温流化床内辐射换热的探头。探头由两个分别装有一片白宝石镜片的窗口组成,一个镜片后涂有高吸收率的乙炔碳黑,另一个后面铰上一层高反射率的银膜,通过比较两个窗口测得的热流量来确定辐射换热。实验结果表明,辐射分额约为8%至41%。 A probe has been developed for the measurement of radiative heat transfer in high tem-perature fluidized beds. The probe has two windows with white gem (alumina) plates. One plate has a coating of highly absorptive material, carbon black; and the other, that of a high-ly reflective material, silver. By comparing the heat flux measured through two windows, the radiative heat transfer contribution can be determined. The tests were carried out in a fluidized bed with a cross section of 160 mm×230 mm and at average bed temperatures rang-ing from 888 K to 1 389 K. Silica sand particles of average diameter of 0. 68 mm and 2.27mm were used as the bed materials. the relative contribution of radiation was found to be from 8% to 41% .
