摘要
只有加速创新人才的培养、教育,才能迅速提升国民的创新素质和整个国家的创新能力。创新人才需要具备的最重要的基本素质,乃是思维创新能力、丰富充沛的激情、坚定的信念和意志品质。因此,培养创新人才应当遵循科学规律,坚持以人为本,努力推进多元教育、自由教育、个性特色教育,有效激励受教育者不断探索,深入开发受教育者的智慧潜能。
national innovative capability as well as the people's innovative quality can only be developed by the training or education of more innovative talents. Innovative persons should be characterized by such basic qualities as innovative thinking, enthusiastic vitality, firm beliefs and a strong will. Therefore, scientific principles should must be taken in account for the purpose of developing innovative professionals.
