摘要
随着经济的不断发展,环境保护过程中的权利冲突问题愈发普遍。本文分析了环境保护过程中权利冲突产生的原因,并提出了解决权利冲突的若干原则。
With the rapid development of economy, the problems of the right conflict in environmental protection have become more and more popular. This paper analyses the reasons for the right conflict in environmental protection and provides some principles for resolution of right conflict.
