环氧合酶-2与卵巢癌

摘要 环氧合酶-2(COX-2)是人体内分解花生四烯酸合成各种前列腺素(PG)的一个重要限速酶。COX-2在正常组织中不表达或低表达,在炎症、分娩、恶性肿瘤等情况下表达上调。近年来研究发现其在卵巢癌组织中表达亦上调,并且在肿瘤浸润的前缘及转移灶中表达显著升高。COX-2高表达组的平均生存时间明显低于低表达组,而且高表达组对化疗的敏感性差。因而推断COX-2的高表达与卵巢癌的发生、发展、转移以及患者的预后和化疗耐药有关。选择性COX-2抑制剂在肿瘤治疗中有其可行性。
