摘要
在分析现有计算机辅助夹具设计的基础上,提出以Pro/E为平台,以VC++为开发工具,对Pro/E进行二次开发,实现了夹具的三维标准件库的建立,利用夹具机构的实体模型,通过仿真进行运动学、动力学分析,优化了机构设计。给出了实例,根据所需的夹紧力和夹紧行程,分析出某气动夹紧机构所需的气压值及气缸的工作行程,介绍了开发步骤和关键技术。
Based on the analysis of the computer-aided fixture design system,through the secondary development of Pro/E with Visual C++,the establishment of standard part library of fixtur was accomplished.In the examplet,the simulation of mechanical motion,the analysis of kinematics and dynamics were accomplished by Pro/MECHANICA.The pressure and working extent of cylinder were analyzed according to the force and extent of fixture,and the institution design was optimized.The step and critical technology of the system development were introduced.
