摘要
基于对机床主传动系统中双公用齿轮传动特点的分析研究,本文提出了一种双公用齿轮齿数设计的新方法,并建立了齿轮齿数设计的计算公式。采用VisualBasic语言编写程序实现了计算机辅助齿轮齿数设计计算,在较短时间内可找到较多的齿数设计方案,为多方案的比较和优化设计打下了基础。
Based on the analysis of twin common gear characteristics in main transmission system of machine tool,a new method of the number of twin common gear teeth was extracted and the calculation formula of the number of gear teeth was established.A program which can calculate the number of twin common gear in Visual Basic language was developed,a lot of designing schemes of the number of gear teeth can be obtained quickly so that a basis for schemes comparison and optimum design is established.
