摘要
分析了自由曲面三坐标投影法数控加工的步长误差和行距误差。提出了自由曲面三坐标投影加工误差补偿对策。引入控制参数Δz,根据曲面加工精度要求设定限值Δzmax,当Δz>Δzmax时,进行插入刀位处理,以保证曲面加工精度。
The step error and line error of free-form surface of projecting NC machining were analyzed.A method of error compensation in free-form surface machining with NC was put forward.With controlling Δz(z coordinate increment),Δz_ max is refined based on machining requirement,when Δz>Δz_ max,cutter’s position is adjusted to guarantee the precision of the machined surface.
