摘要
危险物品运输事故频发,造成了人员、财产和环境的重大损失。究其原因,其中绝大部分事故是运输单位或者从业人员没有遵守危险物品运输的安全要求而诱发、扩大事故的。从法律法规、技术、管理的要求及工作经验中总结了危险货物运输的安全注意事项。
Recently ,there frequently occurs accidents in the transportation of dangerous cargo; it engenders great loss in personnel, possession and environment. Researching the cause, the accident occurs and expands because of the transportation corporation or the practitioner don′t comply the security requirement of the dangerous cargo transportation. The writer summarizes theSecurity Proceedings in dangerous cargo transportation from the regulation of law, technique, require o f management and the working experience.
