摘要
运用多体系统动力学知识,以多体系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS为技术平台,建立QREV电动轿车的功能虚拟样机。该样机由前悬架、后悬架、转向系及轮胎四个子系统组成。在此基础上,通过稳态响应和瞬态响应的仿真试验来考察该车的操纵稳定性。仿真结果表明该车具有较好的操纵稳定性。利用虚拟样机技术研究汽车动力性,可以减少实车试验次数,缩短研制周期,有效降低成本,为汽车设计制造提供了一种有效方法。
Using the knowledge of the multi-body system dynamics. In the multi-body system dynamics simulation software ADAMS, a virtual prototype of QREV electric car is developed and numerical analysis is carried out for handling and stability performance of the QREV car. The virtual prototype includes front suspension, back suspension, steering and tire subsystem. Research the ability of handling and stability through steady and transient handling stability. The results of simulation show that the car has a better handling and stability performance, satisfies the requirements of design.
