摘要
系统介绍了所研制的气辅注射成型注气充填过程数值模拟软件的功能,主要模块的结构及流程框图以及软件的主要界面等。该软件最重要的模块是有限元分析模块,该模块又包括压力分析和温度分析两个子模块,这两个子模块功能的实现是气辅注射成型注气充填过程数值模拟软件实现的关键。
<Abstrcat>The authors developed a new software package for numerical simulation of cavity-filling of gas assisted injection molding. In this paper, the capability, the frames and flowcharts of the key modules, and the main interfaces were expounded. The finite element analysis module is the most important one and consists of two sub-modules of pressure computation and temperature computation, which are of vital importance for numerical simulation of cavity-filling of gas assisted injection molding.
