摘要
高职教育的能力可看作个体在职业工作表现中体现出来的知识、技能和态度的整合,高职教育的特点决定了所培养的人才重在“做”和“行动”。在高职教育能力培养中要注意两点,一是加强核心能力的培养,二是要重点培养学生在陌生情境下解决陌生问题的能力。
The capacity of higher vocational education can be regarded as the integration of personal knowledge, techniques, and attitude in the students’ career. The characteristics of higher vocational education determines that the training must be focused on students’ capacity to do and to act. In capacity training of higher vocational education, it is very important to train students' capacity to solve unfamiliar problems in unfamiliar situations.
