深低温停循环脑能量代谢及超微结构变化的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Research on Energy Metabolism and Ultrastructures of the Brain in Deep Hypothermic Circulatory Arrest

摘要 按临床方法建立犬的深低温停循环手术模型,分别于4个时点取犬脑皮质和脑脊液标本进行研究。结果发现:与转流前相比,转流中、停循环60min及再灌注30min时,脑内能量代谢障碍及超微结构损伤均渐加重,术前用辅酶Q10组犬脑的能量代谢障碍及超微结构损伤均明显减轻。 The models of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest with cardiopulmonary bypass were made on 16 dogs. The cerebral cortex and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) specimens were obtained for study at four time points. The results showed that when compared with the pre-CPB values and findings,intracerebral energy metabolic derangement and ultrastructural injuries became progressively worse during the course of CPB, 60 minutes of circulatory arrest and 30 minutes of reperfusion. But,in CoQ10 group the aforementioned changes were obviously milder.
