摘要
用器官培养小鼠胎心缺血动物模型,研究加硒心脏停搏液对常温缺血心肌的保护作用。透射电镜、镧探针电镜方法证明:硒具有保护心肌细胞膜、线粒体膜功能和结构完整性作用,推迟不可逆性损伤产生。测定加硒组心肌中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)含量显著高于无硒组,认为硒保护心肌在于其清除氧自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应。
The experiment was designed to study the protective effect of cardioplegic solution (CPS) plus selenium (Se) on the experimental model of the cultured fetal mouse heart under normothermic and ischemic conditions.The study under TEM and the lanthanum probe Em technique showed that the selenium played an important role in protecting the functional and structural integrity of the myocardial cell membrans as well as the mitochondria membrane and in delaying the production of irreversible myocardial injuries. Activity of GSH-PX in the myocardium of the plus Se group was significantly increased.This suggested selenium enhances the efficacy of CPS toprotect myocardium from ischemic injury by scavenging oxygen free radical and suppressing lipid peroxidation.
