摘要
应用立体定向等中心直线加速器放射治疗脑肿瘤９２例，初步取得好的疗效。立体定向等中心直线加速器放射治疗（简称Ｘ－刀）是一项新的脑外科治疗技术，若适应证选择适当，将可使一部分脑肿瘤患者免除开颅手术。由于该项技术刚刚使用于临床，作者对本方法的适用范围及如何提高疗效及预防并发症等问题进行了分析和讨论。
AbstractStereotactic radiosurgrey by isocentric linear accel-erator,new technique developed in neurosurgery, wasused to treat 92 patients with deeply localized cerebraltumors. Its indications and the techniaues of improvingits effect, proventing its complication were underlined.
