三酚基甲烷三缩水甘油醚的合成工艺

摘要  主要研究以三酚基甲烷和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为原材料,在催化剂作用下缩合制备三酚基甲烷三缩水甘油醚.实验结果表明:在三酚基甲烷∶ECH=1∶30,NaOH的质量分数为30%,反应温度为44℃,反应体系水含量0.3%~2%的条件下,可得到环氧值为0.57~0.59,产率为96%的三酚基甲烷的低分子环氧树脂. Tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane and epoxy chloropropane are synthesized to produce the condensed tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane glycidyl ether in the presence of some catalysts. The results of experiments showed that 96 percent of production of tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane low-molecular weight epoxy resin whose epoxide number is 0.57-0.59 can be obtained, under the following conditions: the ratio of epoxy chloropropane to tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) methane is 30; the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 30%; the reaction temperature is 44°C; the aqueous content is 0.3%-2%.
