摘要
介绍了以PLC控制替代继电器控制,运用机电一体化技术将内圆轴承磨床改造为自动挡边磨床的设计方案,并对挡边磨床的进给系统、PLC控制电路、主动测量仪和系统控制软件设计等进行了阐述.
In the paper, we introduced how to reform the bearing grinding machine’s mechatronic. The control core is the programmable logic controller to instead of the former relay contactor control system. It reduces intermediate contactor and makes the circuit simply. It has a good value to such machines in the industry.
