摘要
[目的]建立丙酯氯化钠注射液中细菌内毒素的检查方法。[方法]通过干扰试验获得供试品的最大无干扰浓度,并采用凝胶法对其进行细菌内毒素检查。[结果]经对丙酯氯化钠注射液进行干扰试验考察,确证样品的最大无抑制浓度为4倍稀释液。[结论]丙酯氯化钠注射液经至少4倍稀释后可排除对细菌内毒素检查的干扰,可采用凝胶法进行细菌内毒素检查。
[Objective]To establish a gelation method of bacterial endotoxin tests for Propylgallate and Sodium Chloride Injection.[Methods]The maximum non-disturbing concentration was obtained according to interference test for the substances being examined.[Results]The maximum non-inhibitive concentration was four times of the dilution.[Conclusion]Propylgallate and Sodium Chloride Injection could interfere the detection of bacterial endotoxin. When the substance being examined was diluted 4 times, the interference between the sample and the TAL regent can be eliminated.
