人疣内乳头瘤病毒的分离及形态观察

摘要 从人寻常疣组织中,在CsCl密度梯度为1.34g/cm3区内分离提纯得到的病毒颗粒,经负染后,在透射电镜下观察形态为圆球形,平均直径为51.8±2.53nm,表面布满子粒,排列呈五邻体和六邻体。从电镜所见,推断此病毒颗粒为二十面体,立体对称,子粒为42个,T=4,分离出的病毒属乳头瘤病毒(HPV),这与Klug等1965年报道的HPV不完全相似,后者颗粒表面具有72个子粒,T=7。 The virus particles were isolated from tissues of verrucae vulgaris by using isodensity centrifugation with CsCl and observed by the negative stain electron microseopy, They showed spherioal shape with a diameter of 51.8± 2.53 nm Their outer shell was composed Of capsomeres arrange with pentomer or hexomer. From the morphological features of electron ancroscopy observation,the virus particles were considered as an icosahedral symmetry composed of 42 capsomeres with T=4. It was thought that the virus isolated from the human wart tissue belonged to the hnman papilloma virus.It was not completely.the same as that described by klug et al(1965),because The outer shell of the latter was composed of 72 capsomeres. The qnantitative difference of the capsomeres may indicate the existence of subtypes of human papilloma virus.
