摘要
对术后长期（５年以上）生存者５３例及同期短期（半年）内死亡的３３例共８６例肺癌病人进行了波形蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果表明，波形蛋白阳性表达率为２９．０７％（２５例），与性别、年龄、组织学类型及肿瘤大小无显著性差异，与鳞癌组织学分级及淋巴结有无转移差异有倾向性，与腺癌组织学分级差异有显著意义。生存５年以上病例波形蛋白阳性表达率为１１．３２％（６／５３），半年内死亡病例为５７．５８％（１９／３３），两者之间差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。故波形蛋白表达可作为一项判断肺癌病人预后的新指标。
cases of resected lung carcinoma with long survival term(over 5-year,53 cases)and with short survival time(within 1/2 year, 33 cases)were assayed with Avidin-Biotin Complex method for expression of vimentin and 29.07% cases revealed positive reaction.There were no correlations between vimentin expression and age,sex,histologic type and size of tumour,and had tendency to the histological classes of squamous cell carcinoma and metastasis of regional lymphnodes.Vimentin expression had correlations with histological classes of adenocarcinoma.But there were obvious correlations between vimentin content and prognosis.The positive vimentin expressive rate of 5-year survival cases were 6153(11.32%)and 19/33(56.58%)in the cases of death in 1/2 year(P<0.001).Both squamous and adeno-carcinoma had the same correlations.Therefore,the vimentin expression may act as a new mark for clinic to evaluate the prognosisof resected lung carcinomas.
