大鼠岛叶皮质与迷走神经背核的直接通路──光镜和电镜研究

THE DIRECT PROJECTIONS FROM THE RAT CENTRAL NUCLEUS OF AMYGDALA TO THE DORSAL VAGAL COMPLEX──A HRP RETROGRADE TRACING AND MORPHOMETRY STUDY

摘要 将WGA-HRP及3H-亮氨酸分别注入大鼠一侧岛叶皮质,光镜下可见顺行的HRP标记终支及3H-亮氨酸标记颗粒密集分布在两侧孤束核(Sol)及迷走神经背核(DMV)的周边部,以对称为主。在DMV内也发现有标记的终支。将大鼠双侧岛叶毁损并用CB-HRP从其日壁逆行追踪,电镜下在DMV内及其与Sol的交界区可见溃变的终扣呈电子致密型溃变,溃变终扣可与标记细胞及标记树突形成突触联系。以上结果表明,岛叶皮质与DMV内胃运动神经元之间存在着直接的纤维联系。 Five subdivisions in the central nucleus of amygala(CNA)were identified based on the cell size,shape and density.They were medial subdivision(CM),ventral subdivision(CV),intermediate subdivision(CI),lateral subdivision(CL)and lateral capsular subdivision(CLC).The volume of CL was the largest(0.103mm3),its total cell number(8711)and cell density(8.64×104 cells/mm3)were the highest,and its cell size was medium,The volume of CI was the smallest(0.016mm3)and it also contained the smallest total cell number(1075),but its cell size was the largest.The density of cells in CLC was the lowest(4.54×104 cells/mm3) and its cell size was also the smallest.The data of CM and CV lay between the other subdivisions,After injection of HRP into the rostral portion of one dorsal vagal complex(DVC),the mean number and percentage of labeled cells to the total neurons in different subdivisions of unilateral CNA were CM:3721.70%;CV:1412.35%;CI:83.80%;CL:391.50%,While injection of HRP into the caudal portion of DVC,the data were CM:1822.34%;CV:606.15%;CI:68.60%;CL:295.30%;respectively,Our study suggest that the neurons in CNA projected to the DVC are smaller cells.CM and CV are the major subdivisions projecting to the DVC,and the number of neurons projecting to the superior portion of the obex in DVC was much more than that projecting to its interior portion.
