摘要
目的综合分析三种过敏性皮肤病的致敏相关因素以及广东患者的常见过敏原。方法对三种过敏性皮肤病共213例患者进行遗传、环境因素调查及皮肤过敏原点刺试验。结果有遗传过敏史的患者占30%,过敏性皮肤病尘螨的阳性率最高,屋尘螨为58%,粉尘螨为45%,其次为霉菌和花粉。在动物毛发皮中,以狗毛、猫毛为主。结论遗传及环境因素是过敏性皮肤病的发病的重要因素,尘螨、霉菌、花粉是广东地区患者最常见的变应原。
Objective:To analyze allergenic factor and common allergens generally in allergic dermatosis patients in Guangdong. Methods:Genetic, environmental factor analysis and skin prick test were adopted in 213 allergic dermatitis patients. Results:About 30% patients accompanied with atopic diathesis in 213 allergic dermatitis patients. The positive rate of mites was the highest, Der P. and Der.F are 58% and 45% respectively, the next two allergens were moulds and pollen. For animal dander, the dog and cat dander were the most important allergens. Conclusion:The gene and environment are two important factors in allergic dermatosis. Mites, moulds and pollen are common allergens in Guangdong allergic dermatisis patients.
