摘要
偏苯三酸三辛酯是由偏苯三酸酐:辛醇为1:0.5(摩尔比),在复合催化剂氢氧化铝和氢氧化钠的存在下,160~220℃酯化120~180分钟而制得,所得产品酯含量达99.5%,体积电阻系数为8.4×1011Ω·cm.偏苯三酸三辛酯作为增塑剂应用于电缆料中,拉伸强度为26.3MPa.伸长率为260%,脆化温度为-37℃.100℃下老化7天失重3.1%,保持伸长率92%.
The Trimellitic anhydride and 2-athyl hexanol were reacted a 160-220℃ for 120-180minute atthe presence of sodium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide in the mole ratio 1:4,5.The purityof the produdion is 99'5%,the coefficient of resistance per volume is 8.4× 1011ohm cm.
