磁共振成像在诊断颞下颌关节盘移位中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 28例临床诊断为颞下颌关节盘移位的患者和2例作为对照的无症状自愿受检者共47侧关节接受了磁共振成像的检查。结果提示,磁共振成像可以提供非常清晰的关节盘形状、位置和精确的盘─突关系的图象。作者评价了磁共振成像的准确性,讨论了磁共振成像的优、缺点,另外还介绍了磁共振成像的简单原理。 Abstract joints in 28 cases with clinical impression of disc displacement of TMJ were taken into the examination by Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The study shows MRI can provide very clearly, accurately imaging of the outline.shape, position of the disc and the imaging of the relationship of the disc and condyle. The authors evaluated the accuracy of MRI and discussed advantage and disadvantage of MRI in diagnosing disc displacement of TMJ. The basic principle of MRI was also introduced.
