摘要
随着社会复杂性提高、变化加快,危机对我们的影响越来越大。现代社会中的高校必须拥有强烈的危机意识和危机管理能力。为了做好高校危机管理,必须在日常管理中加强对危机的预防,使之纳入高校的常规管理系统。"居安思危"、"预防为主"、"积极应对"、"危中找机"和"总结反思"是高校危机管理中成本最低、最为简便和有效的策略。
With the developments and changes of modern society, crises have been exerting increasingly greater influences on our life. Universities of modern society must have a strong crisis consciousness and adequate competence of crisis management. They must enhance their prevention of the crisis and bring it into the regular management system of the universities. Watch out for danger', prevent is more important', take active measures', find opportunities in crisis', and reflect after crisis' are simple, low-cost and effective crisis management strategies for universities.
