摘要
分析了永磁同步电机直接转矩控制理论;介绍了一种基于TMS320LF2407A型DSP及智能功率模块(IPM)实现永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的无速度传感器方案;详述了该方案的硬件结构和软件设计。系统采用TMS320LF2407A构成核心控制电路,以智能功率模块PM30CSJ060构成逆变主电路,方案合理、结构通用紧凑。该系统用于代替实验室直流电机风轮模拟实验,运行效果良好。
This paper analyzes the Direct Torque Control (DTC) theory of PMSM. A DTC system without speed sen-sor of PMSM is proposed,which based on DSP TMS320LF2407 and IPM. The hardware structure of the system and the software design method are introduced in detail. The key control part of system is consisted of TI DSP TMS320LF2407,and main power part is made up of IPM PM30CSJ060. This system is used for replacing the simulation of wind turbine in the laboratory,which based on DC motor before.
