电化学模板法制备Pt-WO_3纳米线有序阵列 被引量:1

Template Synthesis of Pt-WO_3 Nanowire Arrays by Electrodeposition

摘要 通过恒电势共沉积的方法,用银作为导电基底的多孔阳极氧化铝膜(Al2O3/Ag)为模板制备了PtWO3纳米线有序阵列。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和能量色散X射线分析(EDAX)对纳米线进行了表征。结果表明,纳米线呈直立状态,直径约为30nm,纳米线中Pt和W的质量比为m(Pt)∶m(W)=19.6∶1,原子的量比为n(Pt)∶n(W)=18.5∶1。这种PtWO3纳米线有序阵列具有很大的比表面积,可用于有机小分子的电催化氧化。 Pt-WO_ 3 nanowire arrays have been prepared within nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide membranes by electrochemical deposition. Electromicroscopy results indicate that PtWO_ 3 nanowires of uniform length and diamter were obtained. EDAX reveals that the weight ratio and atomic ratio of Pt to W are 19.6∶1 and 18.5∶1 respectively.
