摘要
本文对杜仲(Eucommia utmoides Oliv)根萌苗诱导、萌发特性及扦插繁殖等作了系统研究。研究中发现杜仲根段具有生理极性较弱的表现,为杜仲的无性繁殖提供了有利因素,找到了杜仲无性繁殖新方法,并在杜仲无性系良种选育中,取得优树的幼年性与一致性繁殖材料的方法,即人工诱导根萌苗及其扦插繁殖方法。
During 1986—1987, We have systematically studied the inducement of root sucher of Eucommia uimoides, its sprouting characteristics and cuttage propagation. It has been discovered that root cutting of the tree shows relative weeker physiologic orientation, which benifits asexual propagation of the tree. A new method for asexual propagation of the tree was also presented. And another method was found to obtain propagating material of a fine tree with properties of infancy and similarity in selecting improved variety of asexual series of the tree, that is the method of artificial inducement of root sucher and cuttage propagation.
