摘要
为了揭示呼吸代谢和器官脱落的关系以及赤霉酸调节脱落的作用机理,本文研究了赤霉酸和两个呼吸抑制剂单独或结合处理对大叶黄杨茎段外植体脱落和呼吸的影响。结果证明,赤霉酸促进脱落的效应主要来自于前几个小时的处理,交替途径活跃时,加速外植体脱落,细胞色素途径加强时,延缓脱落,赤霉酸处理使交替途径运行比例增大,细胞色素途径运行比例减小,因而加速了脱落。
In order to reveal the relationship between respiration and abscission and the action mode of GA_3 in inducing abscission, the influences of GA_3 and two respiratory inhibitors, alone or in combination, on the abscission and respiration of explant of Euonymus japonica Thumb. stem segment were investigated. The results of present investigations proved that the effect of GA_3-promoting abscission came from the first few hours of treatment. The predominance of alternative route accelerated the abscission process, while the prevalence of cytochrome pathway delayed it. GA_3 increased the operating proportion of alternative route, but it decreased the operating proportion of cytochrorne pathway, therefore, the abscission of explants was enhanced by GA_3.
