摘要
BOT投融资方式是政府特许权制度与项目融资制度相结合的产物。高校后勤设施建设移植BOT方式是十分必要而可行的。BOT在我国高校后勤设施建设中的运用还存在一些困难和问题,应以适当方式加以解决,并设计和完善相应的BOT具体运作模式。
In the rear facilities construction of colleges and universitiest,it is quite necessary to transplant and establish the investment and financing of BOT,a product of governmental franchise system and project financing system.Nevertheless,in BOT investment and financing in the construction of rear facilities of our country,there are a number of questions and problems to be dealed with and some specific operations to be provided and improved.
