摘要
在我国由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变过程中 ,武钢的管理体制总体模式也由过于集权的直线职能制逐步向集权式的母子公司制、分权式的母子公司制以及集权与分权有机结合的事业部制转化。
In the changing process from planned economy system to socialism market economy system in our country, the aggregate model of manageme nt system in WISCO is gradually transformed from the pattern of over-centralized line staff structure to centralized-type parent- subsidiary company structure, divided-type parent-subsidiary company structure and the multidivisional structu re, which is a rational combination of centralization and division.
