摘要
本文利用水浸渗滤，ＥＤＴＡ络合滴定方法测定不同年龄火炬树三个不同部位单宁含量，并通过方差分析探讨其最佳采集时间和部位。结果表明，火炬树单宁含量以叶中含量最高（２６％～３０％），皮次之，茎枝中最低。落叶中单宁含量明显下降。
In this paper,tannins contents of three difierent parts of Rhus typhina L,indifferent ages are determined by using the methods of water steeping percolation and EDTAcomplexornetric tiocation,the best collecting time and parts are discussed by the way of vari-ance analysis,The results show the highest of tannins contents is the leaves(26%～30%),the second one is the bark and the lowest is the branch,and the tannins contents in decidu-ous leaves reduce apparently.
