摘要
比较污染程度不同的采集点的花背蟾蜍骨髓细胞的微核率,结果如下:十里店桥区为11.083‰;西固区3.083‰;刘家峡区0.611‰.对其进行单因素方差分析 F=109.753[λ_(0.005)(2,15)=3.68;λ_(0.01)(2,15)=6。36],影响特别显著,说明不同采集点骨髓细胞微核率的不同,主要是由环境因素引起的.
In this paper,the micronucleous rates of the marrow cell of Bufo raddei Strauch from several places with different enviroment pollution degrees are com- pared.The result is as follows:Shilidianqiao area is 11.083‰,Xigu region 3.083‰,and Liujiaxia area 0.611‰.The result of single-cause variance ana- lysis is F=109,753[λ_(0.05)(2,15)=3.68,λ_(0.01)(2,15)=6.36],which means that the effect is particularly large and so the difference of micronucleous rates, of marrow cells from diffrent regions is caused by the environment reasons.
