摘要
钛具有熔点高、耐腐蚀、无磁性、高温时化学活性高等特点,在超硬材料行业的应用比较广泛。在超硬材料合成中,尤其是立方氮化硼合成中,能有效降低锤耗,同时可提高立方氮化硼的合成品质及产量;超硬材料表面镀钛及钛合金后,能实现镀层和结合剂的冶金结合,工具寿命提高30%以上;钛对许多氧化物质和还原物质具有极好的耐腐蚀性,适用于人造金刚石的批量电解提纯工序。本文从这几方面阐述了钛材在行业中的具体应用,以说明今后应加大其在我行业生产中的应用范围和力度。
Having the features of high melting point, corrosion resisting, non magnetic, high chemical activity under high temperature, Titanium is used widely in the superabrasives industry. When used in superabrasive grits synthesizing, especially in the case of cubic boron nitride (CBN) , the consumption of anvils can be decreased effectively; and the quality and yield of CBN can be improved. When Titanium or titanium alloy are electroplated onto the superabrasive grits, metallurgy adhesion with electroplated film and bond can be achieved. The tools'life can be increased by 30% ; Titanium has wonderful corrosion resistance to many oxidate substance and reduction substances, suitable to electrolytic purification of synthetic diamond. This article suggests that titanium material has broad application in superabrasive industry.
