摘要
分析了中国棉纺织企业ERP系统的实施情况。该系统包括原料管理、工艺管理、生产管理、质量管理和设备管理五大模块,并以江苏某大型棉纺织企业的ERP系统为典型案例对ERP系统进行了全面分析。该企业有两个织布车间、四个纺纱车间、四个并线车间,拥有瑞士、德国、日本等国的先进纺织设备和检测仪器。实践证明,使用ERP系统后的企业均取得了较好的经济效益。
This text analysed the Chinese cotton textile enterprise's ERP system ,this system includes the raw material management,craft management,production control,quality management and the equipment management,and with a large cotton enterprise in Jiangsu as the typical model to analyse completely.That business enterprise contains weave workshops,four spinning workshops,four combining line car,owning Switzerland,Germany,Japan...etc.advanced textile equipments and insturments.The practice proofs that the enterprises with ERP system will obtain the good economic results.
