摘要
分别就工艺、设备和油剂三方面因素对涤纶FDY卷绕成形的影响进行了探讨。发现降低油剂用纯水中SiO2的含量,可使卷装避免产生凸肚现象;工艺参数的合理选择和良好的设备保养,对避免叠丝起着重要作用。
The influence factors of polyester FDY package-forming are investegated such as process, equipment and finish.It shows that decreasing SiO2 content in pure water can avoid convex package, and selecting suitable process parameters and making the equipment well are also important to avoid pattern breaking.
