摘要
本文介绍了单轴纵切自动车床主轴部件动态特性方面的实验研究结果。通过空运转试验查明了机床受迫振动的振源。采用截面状态矢量法及模态分析方法,分别识别出了主轴部件的支承参数及模态参数。最后,实现了主轴部件的多参数动态优化。
The results of the experimental research on the dynamic behavior of the spindle unit of the single spindle longitudinal automatic lathe is described in this paper. The sources of forced vibration in the machine tool are found by means of the free running experiment. The state vector method of crosssection and the modal analysis method are applied to the support and modal parameter identification of the spindle unit respectivly. The optimization of dynamic behavior of the spindle unit is also realized. The obtained results are sati-sfied.
