摘要
本文运用复极矢量法,对GN11001型超高速五线包缝机的针杆机构、上弯针机构、下弯针机构、送布机构、差动送布机构等作了较为详细的运动分析,推导出了各机构的分析计算公式,给出了各执行构件的位移、(轨迹)、速度、加速度曲线图,为超高速包缝机的理论分析、技术引进、设计及结构优化提供了理论依据。本文的分析方法和结果,对其他种类的缝纫机有一定的借鉴意义。
The needle, upper and lower Jooper, feed, differential feed mechanism have analyzed in detail by means of complex-number method. Calculation e- quation of several linkage have been derived, displacement, velocity and acceleration characteristic have described. Theoretical fundament have been provided for analysis, introducing new technique, desjgn and construction optimum etc.
