摘要
在传统管理模式下,图书馆管理工作中普遍存在着人本管理缺位的现象,然而在网络环境下,图书馆管理必须引入新的管理模式——人本管理模式,以人为中心的管理,其核心就是回归生命价值,以便更好的体现弘扬图书馆的人文精神。
Under the traditional management mode, the phenomenon of lacking of management of humanism existed in the management of library, but at present, under the environment of the network, the management of the library should be adopted a kind of new management, that is management of humanism to embody the humane spirit of library.
