“餐时血糖调节剂”——非磺酰脲类降糖药的作用优势和应用 被引量：2

摘要 20世纪90年代,一类具氨基酸结构的新型口服降糖药相继上市,非磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌降糖药(Non-sulfonylureas,NSUR)以"快开-速闭"的作用机制,快速地促进胰岛素分泌,降低2型糖尿病者的糖合血红蛋白(HbA1c)和餐后血糖(PBG),与作用模式互补的二甲双胍、噻唑烷二酮类药联合应用,借以减轻β-细胞负荷,延迟胰岛细胞的生存,对孤立性餐后高血糖者(IPH)、胰岛素分泌第一时相障碍者和饮食不规律者显示出卓越的疗效.
