摘要
本文讨论了电大图书馆的发展与定位,遵循“以读者为本”的服务宗旨提出了建设数字型图书馆的策略,即建设特色馆藏、建立参考咨询服务、整合信息资源,从而提升整体水平,实现由传统实体馆到虚拟与实体共存的复合数字型图书馆的平稳过渡。
This article discusses the development and position of libraries in radio and television universities based on readercentered principles,suggesting the strategy of constructing digital library characterizing special collection,reference and consultation service,and resource integration.It presents a way of constructing a compound and digital library combining the traditional with the virtual to improve the entire development.
