摘要
目的总结单侧经鼻中隔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤的经验。方法回顾分析2002年5月～2004年8月收治的8例垂体腺瘤临床资料,均采用此入路显微手术切除肿瘤。结果垂体腺瘤全切6例,次全切除2例。无颅内感染及死亡病例。视力下降患者术后视力均明显改善。结论单侧经鼻中隔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤是治疗垂体腺瘤有效、可靠的一种方法,具有切除彻底、创伤小、危险小、并发症少等优点。
Objective To summarize the experience on microsurgical treatment of pituitary adenoma transnasal-transsphenoidal approach.Methods 8 cases from May 2002 to August 2004 were analysed retrospectively.The pituitary adenomas are totally removed transnasal-transsphenoidal approach.Results The adenoma was resected to tally in 6 cases and bigger partly in the other 2.The operation was smooth,with no intracranial infection or falality.The impaired sight got improved in all of the patients.Conclusion The microsurgical treatment of pituitary adenoma transnasal-transsphenoidal approach is reliable and effective,enabling complete resection and causing less trauma and complication.
