BLB种植体102枚种植修复的临床体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的:总结BLB系统牙种植体种植修复的体会。方法:58例患者植入BLB系统种植体共102枚,术后4个月X线片复查,并行二期手术,2周后行上部永久性修复。结果:102枚种植体中2枚种植体修复失败,均为重度牙周病者,1例放弃修复,99枚种植体追踪观察6个月至2年全部成功;近期留存率为97.1%。结论:BLB系统种植体骨结合性能好,对于重度牙周病患者不宜行种植修复,充填后的骨量不足和封闭螺钉暴露不影响种植修复的成功。
