摘要
以山东临沂华盛热电厂1号炉投煤吹管期间右侧空气预热器发生着火事故为例,分析了DG-460/13.73-II3型循环流化床锅炉空气预热器二次燃烧事故的原因,并提出相应的预防措施及事故发生时应采取的处理方式,强调运行人员要监测尾部烟道内各点温度和变化情况,保证锅炉安全经济运行。
Taking the reburn accident of right side air preheater of No.1 boiler in Shandong Linyi thermal power plant during the period of sand-blasting for instance, the causes for reburn accident of air preheater of DG-460/13.73-Ⅱ3 type CFB boiler were analyzed, the relevant precautions and the approaches to handling it when happened were also presented, emphasizing that operators should monitor the temperature variation situation of all points inside the tail flue and making the boiler operation safe and economy.
