摘要
通过对镜泊湖水电厂和莲花水电厂水能利用提高率、考核电量及实际发电量情况的分析计算,论证了应用水能利用提高率对水电厂进行考核管理的可行性。并提出水电厂水能利用提高率考核目标值为2.0%。
With the analyses and calculation of waterpower utilization improving ratio, checking energy and actual power generation of Jingpohu hydropower station and Lianhua hydropower station, the feasibility of using waterpower utilization improving ratio to check and manage the performance of a hydropower station was discussed, and the checking target value of waterpower utilization improving ratio was set as 2.0% in the paper.
