随着高等级道路建设速度的加快,进口沥青大量涌入市场。根据这种情况,作者对进口沥青招标指标的制订提出了自己的看法和建议。
With the high-Level road construction at a greatly space,import asphalt emerges in the market with a large quantity. In light of this circumstance, the author of this paper offers his own views and suggestions about formulating specification in document invating tenders of import asphalt.
