摘要
对有限尺寸大冷量窗式空调器的设计难点进行了分析,提出了技术改进方法,并对有限尺寸KC-67型窗式空调器主要零部件进行了设计计算,结果表明,采用所提出的技术方法,在外形尺寸为670mm×450mm×730mm内,蒸发器换热量可达7095W,能效比达2 66.计算结果符合设计要求.
<Abstrcat> Difficulties to design a window type air conditioner with large capacity in limited volume were analyzed, and the technology methods to deal with such difficulties were presented in this paper. Take the design of KC-67 type air conditioner within sizes of 670 mm×450 mm×730 mm as an example, the calculation results showed that the heat transfer amount of evaporator could reach (7 095) W, and EER be 2.66, which accorded with the design demand.
