摘要
利用简单的浸渍方法对SBA15介孔分子筛的孔道进行了修饰.制备了新型催化剂PASPBetaSBA15.用XRD,N2吸附,NH3TPD和IR光谱对其结构性质进行了表征.以苯异丙醇烷基化反应为探针反应研究了它的催化性能,发现这种催化剂对异丙醇具有很高的催化活性和较长的寿命.
A novel methed for increasing the conversion catalyst in the reaction of benzene alkylation with isopropanol is reported. The catalyst (PASP_ Beta/SBA-15) is prepared from the impregnation of ordered mesoporous silicate material SBA-15 with preformed Beta aluminosilicate nanoclusters. Characterization of temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia shows that the PASP_ Beta/SBA-15 exhibits stronger acidity than Al-SBA-15. The catalytic results show that the PASP_ Beta/SBA-15 exhibits excellent activity (conversion for isopropanol) in the reaction,compared with zeolite Beta, PASP_ Beta and Al-SBA-15, even to ordered mesoporous MAS-7.
