摘要
我国企业参与国际竞争,并在竞争中立于不败之地,关键在于国际竞争力的提升。针对目前我国企业国际竞争力现状及主要影响因素,提出提升我国企业国际竞争力的措施:一是实施企业规模战略,提高产业集中度;二是实施基于核心能力培养的战略,推进体制、技术和管理创新;三是实施“走出去”战略,提高国际化水平;四是实施品牌战略,培育国际知名品牌;五是实施人才战略,培养国际化人才。
In order that our enterprises can win in the international competi ti on, the key task is to promote their international competition ability.Based on present situation and some main affecting factors in our country, this paper put s forward the measures to promote enterprises' international competition ability :first ,to carry out scale strategy of enterprise to enhance industrial concentr ation degree;secondly,to carry out the strategy based on the cultivation of neut ral ability to push forward the creativity in enterprise system,technology and m anagement;thirdly,to carry out“Going out”strategy to improve the international ized level;fourthly,to carry out the brand strategy to cultivate international w ell-known brand;fifthly,to carry out talent strategy and educate international qualified personnel.
