摘要
基于信息技术环境下的校本培训是随着信息技术的发展而产生,通过分析其特征和优势,构想了资源整合、培训活动和信息反馈与互动三个操作模块和相应的培训模式,提出了实施策略,以促进持续发展。
With the development of information technology on-the-school training appeared. By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of this kind of training,put forward are three operating modes of resources integration,training activities,and information feedback and interaction,and corresponding training modes.Moreover,some practical policies have been thought out to promote a continuous development.
